With a rich history dating back to 1897, Voorhees College has been changing minds and changing lives for more than a century. It’s a historically black college with an active, progressive student body and a high ratio of instructors to students that allows personal attention. Voorhees College is mindful of its traditions but also focused on giving its graduates what they need to succeed in an ever-changing global society. The focus is on helping students grow spiritually as well as intellectually. Voorhees College is a four-year, co-educational, career-oriented liberal arts college affiliated with the Episcopal Church and the United Negro College Fund.
