Mentorship

Where there is no guidance, the people fall;
But in an abundance of counselors, there is victory.

Where there is no guidance, the people fall;
But in an abundance of counselors, there is victory.

Along your journey of development, having the right people around you is essential to navigating the various paths of your future. With intentionally guided support you:

have key tools necessary to be more empowered in your [life’s] work
are more confident facing challenges, and
are more capable of achieving your goals

The operative word here? More. We need and should desire all the support that is available to us, to walk in our fullness. We do not travel our journeys alone.

Counsel is available and abundant wisdom, when you are ready to receive it. It helps you:

manage significant options
construct strategic plans
implement critical decisions
communicate carefully in relationships and through experiences

Having wise counsel allows you to skillfully apply knowledge to and for your life by offering insight, instruction, direction, and discernment for personal and professional growth. Take the necessary time to consider trusted and worthy individuals. These powerful relationships require partnership and presence, as each person actively gives and receives.

For the fulfillment of your legacy? To have is a must.

We must be intentional about building out our visions and dreams. Our environment, processes, decisions, skills and abilities, academic and career endeavors, mindset, preparation, support, influence, and access are but some of the essential factors that impact our on-going journey of advancement for our lives. How we presence ourselves, make the most of opportunities- even the challenges and obstacles, pivot as needed, and remain focused and disciplined can make the difference in those dreams remaining fantasy or becoming reality. These will not be the easiest things we do, but when we commit to them with strategy and intention and strategy, we create success.

Hear from the FQ team as they share their personal experiences and perspectives on how they have and are utilizing and providing support along their path to personal and professional success. Listen for your own wise counsel in their stories- there’s something for everyone.
